The TL300 is a supra-aural headset (mic + headphones) from Able Planet and is part of their Clear Voice Stereo Headset line that includes the lower priced TL200. This is a standard headset that pairs Able Planet's headphone technology with a built-in microphone that can be used with a phone or your computer.

The higher price of the TL300 above the 200 nets you stereo audio out of the headphones instead of mono, which makes them better suited for a broader range of audio listening, such as music and games. Similar to most of Able Planet's headphone products, the TL300 headset uses their proprietary LINX AUDIO technology which they claim offers built in noise-reduction for increased clarity.

Omar:
#able_planet_tl300 I had the chance to try out these headphones in my work environment, and while they're better than nothing I find the design of the headphones themselves to be too uncomfortable to use for any practical amount of time. It could be my ears, because I know other supra-aural headphones exist... I just don't know why, they actually hurt my ears.
If you don't have the same issue as me, then the actual audio quality is pretty good. I'd say they're almost better for listening to music than for actual voice chat. Music quality was surprisingly good, and the audio quality while in voice chat worked well. However, with voice chat there was some audible interference, and while it's not a deal breaker it is enough to be noticeable.
During my tests, the person on the other end could hear me clearly. Occasionally the mic would cut out, but I can't necessarily say that's the fault of the headphones themselves, it could be anything from the Internet connection to the input port, but it could be the headphones. This will have to be tested further.
For me, the discomfort is a deal break so I can't personally recommend them.
